Well, 2 years have passed and James and I are moving on to our next house! I can't believe it! We are so impulsive, it is sick! Our house is perfect, big and new - but one thing led to another to another...and now we are going on the market in 4 days! I guess my nervousness about the whole thing is just keeping the place looking great with a husband that travels all of the time and two little boys that think it if funny when they pull out all of the contents of my purse onto the foyer! I think we may just start living on one level of the house, and just keep the rest ultra-clean!
Our move will hopefully get us into a house around the same area, but more yard, better school system (no, I am not home schooling!) and just a better quality of life. I want a yard with enough space that I don't feel like if I yell at the boys for hitting each other I don't have to worry that 100 neighbors are virtually in our backyard with us.
First, we need to sell this house! Any hints on keeping your sanity while you do that are welcome!

ReplyDeleteGood Luck!! When we were selling our house in CF, our realtor told me I didn't have to cook anymore until the house sold. I took it literally, but the house sold in 3 days, so I didn't have to do carside to go too often:) Every day just start eliminating a few toys that the boys don't play with very often and it will help a lot!
